Pyrometer
Pyrometer is used to accurately measure the temperature of molten metal, ensuring that each metal is processed at the correct temperature. This critical step helps maintain optimal quality and performance in our final products.
Moisture Meter
Moisture Meter is used to check the moisture levels in the sand mixture, ensuring the optimal conditions for defect free sand casting.
Rockwell Hardness Tester
We use a Rockwell Hardness Tester to analyze and ensure the hardness of finished products. This test guarantees that the components meet the required hardness specifications for durability and performance.
